At Xpance we truly pride ourselves on customer support and service after the sale. Through extensive proactive management and monitoring we can avoid many issues before they affect the customer, however E-mail, www, and telephone support are available when issues arise. 


General Support is available 8am -- 5pm Monday through Friday CST. Outage Support and Contract Support are available 24x7. Support can be contacted via telephone at:

E-mail Support is available 24x7 to all Xpance customers. Customers are urged to use the Support Portal or call our toll free number and select option 2 in reference to all outage/out of service issues. Support can also be contacted via E-mail at: support@xpance.net
